Why is this important?
Asian women are significantly underrepresented in leadership positions and face challenging stereotypes in their career journeys.
1.5%
In a 2020 study by the Alliance for Board Diversity and Deloitte Consulting, among Fortune 100 companies, Asian women represented approximately 1.5% of all board-level seats. This is only 19 Asian women out of 1,240 available seats.
Radiance aspires to redefine the narrative about Asian women.
We aim to advance Asian women into leadership by shining the light on the “1.5%” of women who have achieved levels of success.
We bring a unique approach to leadership development by incorporating research on successful Asian women leaders, providing tools to enhance self-awareness, and creating a community of like-minded women.
