Most leadership development programs do not address the uniqueness of Asian women who aspire to become effective leaders. These programs typically focus on skills such as setting a vision, gaining goal clarity, and stakeholder management. While these skills are essential, the general programs use a one-size-fits-all approach to development.

At Radiance, we created a learning experience customized to address the barriers and issues Asian women face in the workplace. Our workshop draws upon real-life examples of successful Asian women who have advanced into leadership despite barriers (i.e., glass ceiling, glass cliff, labyrinth, and bamboo ceiling). The content is also supported by social psychology research (identity development, ethnic identity development, and power bases).

Through this immersive one-day learning experience, you will gain tools to accelerate your identity as a leader while building a community of peers who will provide you with support to continue your path toward leadership effectiveness.
