I’ve participated in Radiance Empower Hours for about a year now and when I first joined, the Radiance Team immediately welcomed me with open arms. Right away, I felt a sense of belonging in a judgment-free zone. All the attendees were also great and shared genuinely. The sessions with special speakers included real-life issues or taboo topics that many of us face, but rarely talked about. Empower Hours provided a safe and confidential space. These meetings have been interactive, engaging, and fun. Looking forward to more future Empower Hours!

I loved the session. It was very comforting connecting with other women who shared similar experiences. I also enjoyed the thought-provoking questions that allowed me to realize why I’ve had imposter syndrome in the past/present. Definitely came out of that hour feeling more optimistic about being able to navigate those insecurities in the future!
